I'm guessing this is from some game or something , but it's also from real life ... it's called a monkey wrench yep they really exist . I have a number of them they are pretty inexpensive antiques . Nice job !

very nice! I love seeing good cosplay type things like this over all the mediocre ones people have.
You could probably get rid of all the evidence that it's wood with a few properly layered and sanded coats of paint. I'd love to make the wrench out of actual metal myself but alas, I don't have or know anyone with metal grade cutting and drilling equipment
